About Ken
Ken is a licensed real estate broker, Realtor, and certified EcoBroker. He earned a B.A. in Communications and M.B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from Pepperdine University. Prior to his real estate career, Ken held executive level leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies and has over 25 years of sales, marketing, and business management experience.
About La Wanda
La Wanda is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor. She has over 20 years of real estate experience and is knowledgeable in real estate sales, mortgage lending, and property management. La Wanda is a relocation expert and is particularly adept at managing the details to ensure a smooth, stress free transaction. La Wanda is a volunteer at the Verona Senior Center.

La Wanda's real estate classes listed above are full semester accredited college courses that provide a comprehensive exploration of the course subject matter, not weekend seminar classes that many Realtors take to earn designations.
We believe that experience built on a solid foundation of education results in a higher qualified real estate professional. Without first learning the proper way to conduct business, a real estate professional runs the risk of repeating the same ineffective practice time after time.
OUR TEAM APPROACH
It is difficult for one individual to excel in all of the various aspects of a real estate practice. To fully serve clients, real estate professionals need to be proficient in marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, law, mortgages, and technology; and possess communications, organization, follow-up, strategic thinking, graphic arts, negotiation, and creative skills.
We each have a different, but complementary background and set of skills. Together we form a team stronger than the sum of its parts. Additionally, we back one another up to provide our clients with more frequent communications, better schedule flexibility, and more efficient open houses.
