Ken's specialized training enables him to find the hidden value in the homes Greenstone Real Estate lists for sellers or locate for buyers. By working with a team of professional energy efficiency raters and environmental consultants, there is an opportunity for every home Greenstone touches to become a little greener.
Qualifications
Ken's training and experience uniquely qualifies him to help Greenstone's customers find a new green built home or a vacant lot and a certified green builder for a custom built home. Older homes without green built certification may still have green attributes such as energy-efficient appliances or windows, upgraded insulation or heating/cooling systems, etc. Even the way a house is situated on the lot and the landscaping can affect the energy efficiency and comfort of a home.
Ken is a director at the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation and completed EcoBroker training in 2006.
