Ken's EcoBroker certification uniquely qualifies him to help Greenstone's customers find a new green built home or a vacant lot and a certified green builder for a custom built home.  Older homes without green built certification may still have green attributes such as energy-efficient appliances or windows, upgraded insulation or heating/cooling systems, etc.   Even the way a house is situated on the lot and the landscaping can affect the energy efficiency and comfort of a home.
